2.2 Signed Agreement: Before commencing work, both parties must sign a written contract outlining the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
2.3 Change Orders: Any modifications to the original agreement must be documented in a signed change order and may affect the cost and timeline.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit: A deposit of 20% of the total project cost, is required before project commencement.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payments will be due as outlined in the contract, typically tied to project milestones.
3.3 Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of about or upto 25% of the initial amount

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Provide access to the property during working hours.
4.2 Remove personal belongings from work areas.
4.3 Notify us of any pre-existing conditions that may impact the project.
4.4 "Access to Construction Site: For safety and operational reasons, clients are not permitted to enter the construction area during active work or at any other time without the prior consent of the contractor. Unauthorized access may lead to safety risks and liability concerns, and the contractor reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain a secure and efficient working environment."
5. Project Timeline
While we strive to complete projects within the agreed timeline, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, material shortages) may cause delays. We will communicate any changes promptly to the our client.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We offer a limited warranty on labor and materials for 3 Months after project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances installed.
7. Limitations of Liability
